Easter Service FAQs
Do I need a reservation or a ticket?
No reservations or tickets needed! You are welcome – with no sign up necessary.
What time should I arrive?
We have three Easter service times: 6:30am for the Sunrise Service, 9:00am and 10:45am for our traditional services. We recommend arriving around 10 minutes early so that you can get comfortable and find your seat. But don’t let running late stop you from coming! We have ushers that will help you find a seat even if time gets away from you.
There will also be coffee between the traditional services. So if you are planning on coming to the 10:45am service, come a little bit earlier to grab a cup!
What should I wear?
Most of our church attendees wear casual or business casual clothing on Sunday mornings. If you are coming to the Sunrise service, you may need to layer up depending on weather!
How long are your Easter services?
Our sunrise service will run about 45 minutes in length while our indoor services will run about 60 minutes in length.
Will I be asked to give money?
As a part of our services, we do collect an offering. The regular attenders and members who call New Hope their church home use this time to give back a portion of what God has blessed them with. If you are a visitor/guest, please do not feel any obligation to give.
Are there programs for my kids?
For our Easter services, our NHF Kids program (for kids PreK-5th grade) AND Nursery (infants and babies) will be offered during both the 9am & 10:45am service.
What specifically do you believe?
We are glad you asked! We have our mission, vision, and statement of faith listed on the About section of our website (click here). Check it out for in-depth information.
What if I have more questions?
We would be more than happy to answer any questions you have! Please give us a call at (410) 871-2777 or send us an email at communications@nhfchurch.org
